Free Returns Policy
- Multiple Items from the Same Order: If you are returning multiple items from the same order, return them together to qualify for Free Return on all items.
- Separate Returns: If items are returned separately, additional shipping fees may apply.
Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not support direct item exchanges. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item after your return is processed. Returns and new purchases are treated as separate processes.

2) Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?
If you return multiple items from the same order together, Free Return applies to all items. For separate returns, additional shipping fees may apply.
3) How long does it take to be refunded in full?

4) How do you deliver/deposit the refund?

5) How can I make an exchange instead of a return?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
